what i learned – zucchini soup

I admit, sometimes I do get a bit lazy, or perhaps it’s just pushed for time, I have other priorities.  I learned this week that if you eat zucchini soup that is 9 days old, you will be OK, even if it does taste a little bit sour (some good Malden salt will get ride of that), but 10 days is just too old.  Not worth the agony, next time I will throw it out, perhaps even after only 8 days.
